I am a permanent researcher at the Institute of Research on Terrestrial Ecosystems (IRET), which is a part of the National Research Council (CNR) of Italy. In 2012, I earned my Ph.D. in Agrobiotechnology for Tropical Production from the University of Florence, where my thesis in plant physiology was supervised by Professor Stefano Mancuso. My research is primarily focused on plant biology, with particular emphasis on plant nanobiology and spectroscopic applications.
